The Gun Emplacement is a single-storey building so suitable for those with limited mobility.

It is pet-friendly for clean, well behaved animals!

There are three double bedrooms.

A Bathroom with a large bath and walk-in shower.  There is also a washing machine to the side.

The kitchen is bijou, with an oven and hob, dishwasher and sink. This leads out to the diner which has a fridge/freezer, microwave, tallboy dresser and a breakfast table with stunning sea views.

From the hallway there is the main bedroom with a window through to the sitting room.

The sitting room has a large comfortable sofa and two Ikea rocking chairs, as well as the dining table with panoramic views to the French coast.

There is a TV with Freeview,BT Sport as well as a DVD player.

There is Free WiFi for those needing to stay in touch.

The Gun's proximity to France means that more often than not mobile phones will re-direct to a French provider, so care should be taken when making and receiving calls.

There are two double bedrooms at the rear of the property beside a large airing cupboard. Please remember to bring your own towels.

There is a fenced garden at the back of the house, with a wild wood behind belonging to the property. Facing the sea is another lovely unfenced garden, reaching from the kitchen door to the cliff edge. Care should be taken with children and dogs at the cliff edge and they should not be left unsupervised outside.

We provide a BBQ and a large outdoor table with 6 chairs in the sea garden which is perfect for summer meals. Breakfast on the patio right outside the kitchen is delightful for sunny mornings.

Parking is to the side of the property and a car is essential unless you are very fit, as the walk to the village is steep and will take about 20-25 minutes.

The nearest pub is on the beach, The Coastguard, it is less than 10 minutes on foot. They serve excellent food and are dog-friendly.
